With a strategic focus on acquiring and developing multifamily, retail, and hospitality asset classes, our principals, Kavita Purohit and Rutvik Emil Dmello, are committed to delivering superior risk-adjusted returns to our investors. Kavita Purohit
With over $250 million in business sales, Kavita is a powerhouse in commercial brokerage and business consulting. Her expertise spans entrepreneurship, development, and general contracting, with a track record of successfully owning, operating, and developing several businesses from the ground up. As a former general contractor and a seasoned consultant, Kavita brings unmatched insight into every transaction, making her a trusted advisor in commercial real estate and business growth.
Emil Dmello
As an accomplished attorney, business analyst, and commercial real estate broker, Rutvik has brokered over $100 million in real estate and business transactions across multiple states across the southeast and beyond. Specializing in retail, hospitality, and restaurants, he provides clients with expert advice on investment strategies, SBA and conventional financing, and business acquisitions. Leading a 17-person team, Rutvik oversees daily operations, including marketing strategy, research, and closing coordination, ensuring seamless transaction processes for a wide range of clientele.
Ahmed Hegazi
Ahmed graduated from Georgia Tech as a mechanical engineer, and has over $1B in real estate investment experience specializing in multi-family acquisitions and development. He has led market research, due diligence, and underwriting efforts in numerous markets nationwide with a focus on Metro Atlanta. In both boutique and institutional firms, Ahmed has collaborated closely with various stakeholders including asset managers, capital partners, brokers, contractors, architects, engineers, interior designers, and local officials.
